• ILSC sponsors your work permit for the duration of the program
• ILSC will review your work and study documents to ensure they are valid and assist with banking and Social Insurance Card applications
• Internship Success workshop covering ILSC and student internship expectations; understanding Canadian work
• culture; job preparation; and placement tips
• monitoring during internship to ensure language improvement and successful completion of the program
• academic counselling (optional) to help prepare for the internship, including course selection and language assessment
• access to the Internship Success
• workshop (Vancouver,Toronto, and Montréal): Job resource information, job
• hunting information, interview preparation, resume building, and government reporting procedures
• Students who complete the 3–2–1 Internship Success courses
• Student resumes will be included in ILSC's resume portfolio for employers to review upon request
• wep coordinator gives students access to ILSC's internship job listings portfolio and students can apply on their own if position requirements are met
• Final language assessment

• Interview skills training
• post-interview counselling (if student is successful in obtaining a job, counselling on contract negotiations, tax information
